The future was looking pretty murky for collegiate recycling and waste reduction programs in late-August when the College & University Recycling Coalition (CURC) and the US Composting Council (USCC) first surveyed campus recycling staff on the near-term impact of COVID-19 to recycling and organics recovery programs.
