Barrie, Ontario, December 9, 2011 — Busch Systems International, a leader in recycling, waste and compost containers has kicked off their annual Christmas Cheer Toy Drive with a silent auction that took place at their company Christmas party, which raised a total of $5,664.50.
Christmas Cheer supports people who need help at Christmas. It is run by their dedicated volunteers who are committed to providing those in need with the support required to bring Christmas to their home. If you do not have the resources to donate monetarily, please consider donating your time.
“Busch Systems is a long time supporter of Christmas Cheer”, states Marty Pepper, Director of Operations for Busch Systems. “It is with great joy and pleasure that we donate both toys and cash to such a worthwhile charity.”
With the economy being what it is, there will be more families than ever looking for added support during this holiday season. Busch Systems is determined to top their 2010 donation to assist with the growing demand.
“We encourage all employees to contribute what they can to help with Christmas Cheer”, states Pepper. “Loading up the vehicle full of toys for children and handing over a sizeable cash donation, to help spread holiday joy, is extremely fulfilling and will continue to be a Busch Systems tradition.”
